Resolve For Os X 10.11.6

Jun 09, 2017 I have a new HP Envy 4520 that I am trying to connect to a MAC (OS X 10.11.6). Both devices show connected to wireless. I can ping both device's IP addresses from another PC connected to the router. Problem is that when open Printers&Scanners on the MAC, it says that no printers are available. Mar 02, 2018 Download and install the OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 Combo Update or 10.12.6 Combo Update or Download macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 Combo Update as needed. Reinstall OS X by booting from the Recovery HD using the Command and R keys. When the Utility Menu appears select Reinstall OS X then click on the Continue button. Erase and Install OS X Restart. Intel Mac running OS X 10.11.6 (El Capitan) or higher. Note: OS X 10.9 is not tested or supported and there are known issues with OS X 10.10. Intel i5 processor; 4GB of RAM; 8GB or more is recommended; A computer monitor which supports a resolution of at least 1280 x 1024. Internet connection for installation.

I’ have been running Resolve since it’s all beta updates and now Resolve 14.1.1 and Fusion 9 on my iMac running El Capitan OS 10.6.11, never had any problem.
But after a week from updating to Resolve 14.1.1 from 14.1. It will not run.
One tech support suggested it should be on Sierra, but it’s too buggy for me.
So I would like to know if anyone running Resolve 14 on El Capitan.
10.11.6For sure all along the beta versions, it was recommended to run El Capitan.
But when Resolve officially was released, the recommendation was changed to Sierra, which is odd; testing on one operating system and then switch to a newer one upon releasing it..
Thanks for any feed back.
